Once an order has been received we aim to ship within three working days. All packages shipped standard mail rates with parcel *tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a shipment has been dispatched with a tracking confirmation number, ownership of the item(s) is transferred to the buyer. However in the event of a lost or stolen item we will endeavour to help to the best of our abilities. If a package is delayed please contact us.* Tracking is not available on items under £10.

All payments are taken through Paypal. Please use the form on the contact page if you wish to arrange an alternative method of payment. To make sure all products are in perfect condition before being dispatched, each product is carefully inspected for the existence of any minor flaws. If you are not fully satisfied with an item please return it for a full refund or exchange, minus the postal charges - which will be at cost. Please return items within 14 days for UK & Europe. Please return items in their original packaging. Once your parcel has been received it will take approximately 2 working days to process your refund.
